Calvary Chapel Williamsburg Snowman

Nathaniel made 2 little snowmen at church today but while he was getting me to come look at them, they were knocked down. SO he was very sad and crying and Ms. Jeanne so lovingly said lets go make a new one together and so off we went to the church parking lot to rebuild :)

Happy Valentine's Day

My mom sent us a card for Valentine's Day and Gabriel just thought it was the coolest thing ever! You should have seen his face when it popped open! I am sure once he puts it down the rest of us will enjoy it :)
He kept saying "WOW..so pretty!" "What does it say?" then I would say "Happy Valentine's Day with Love." and he would say "Oh..so pretty" and then start over the same conversation again.
So cute..took everything for me to get him to put it on the counter in the kitchen before he went to bed!
He is starting to understand so much and have a thought about stuff and it is a huge step for him!!!

The Beauty of Snow

Gabriel turns 10 years old

Gabriel turned 10 years old last week, so we got to have cake and celebrate it Sunday :) He was really excited about the idea of cake (although he didn't eat any) and he even opened some presents but his mind was stuck on the first toy he opened and so he wouldn't open the rest! He had lots of fun and each present he would open He would say "WOW". He even said it when we he opened the Bilderback's bag and pulled out the card..not even thinking about the present he left in the bag! He is so much fun and he is simplicity at heart and his JoY is so contagious!

John's Birthday Dinner

We had planned to surprise John and show up at his work when he got off and take him to Red Robin for dinner but the snow made us rethink our plan. So we baked a cake and made all his favorite finger foods for dinner ( he loves when we do that) and we had cake/ice cream and presents and movie night :)

This was the really cool cake I baked him :) I was so proud of myself!
